These economical CPR manikins are constructed of soft, realistic vinyl plastic over polyurethane thrusts, realistic head tilt and chin lift for opening airway, and anatomical landmarks including sternum and rib cage plus substernal notch. Airway can be easily manipulated to simulate airway obstruction or chocking situations.

Also included are three disposable/lung airway systems and three channel design mouth/nosepieces. Carry bag and kneeling pads included.

Realistic CPR Training Manikins

Students always wonder how CPR manikins will compare with real victims, especially those who are older or obese. This unique manikin helps to prepare students to respond to a more typical cardiac arrest event with a victim who is elderly and overweight. Features: elderly physical appearance, large body type with extra “fat” layer, realistic head tilt and chin lift for opening the airway, and palpable and visual anatomical landmarks, including the sternum, rib cage, and substernal notch. Animal CPR Manikins

CasPeR the CPR Dog provides training in mouth-to-snout resuscitation with individual-use, disposable airway bags. These economical disposable shield/lung bags eliminate cross contamination between students and the need to disinfect the manikin after every use. This dog manikin can be used to teach proper hand placement for compressions, depth of compressions, airway maintenance, femoral pulse check, and adequate ventilation. Crisis Manikins

Adult Crisis Manikin

The manikin presents itself as a real patient without visible auscultation sites. The student must palpate to identify correct auscultation locations, and will hear different heart and lung sounds as the SmartScope™ is moved to different locations on the manikin. A diagnosis of the condition selected by the instructor can be made by comparing the variations in sounds occurring at different sites – just like a real patient! Lung sounds can be detected at seven anterior locations and students can practice auscultation at six anterior heart sites. One remote control will operate multiple sets of SmartScopes™ and manikins simultaneously. Great for group instruction. Listen to the sounds by using either the single or dual user headpieces on SmartScope™ or by connecting to an amplified speaker (not included, see SB20146U). Range on the unit is up to 100 ft. of remote access. Child Crisis Manikin

This full-body child manikin has been created to offer realistic training and practice of child airway management and CPR education. The Basic Life/form® Child CRiSis™ Manikin is anatomically correct in detail and represents the size of an 8-year-old child. Realistic anatomy and landmarks include a mouth, tongue, oral pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, arytenoids, vocal cords, trachea, and esophagus. In addition to the palpable and visual landmarks, the head, neck, and jaw are fully articulated, allowing a realistic jaw thrust feature. This manikin has separate left and right lungs for auscultation; has oral, nasal, and digital intubation capabilities; and includes an inflatable stomach bladder to indicate esophageal intubation. Also features E.T., E.O.A., P.T.L., L.M.A., E.G.T.A., and Combitube® Insertion. Infant Crisis Manikin

This full-body infant manikin was created to offer realistic training and practice of infant airway management and CPR education. Anatomically correct in both size and detail. Landmarks include gum line, tongue, oral and nasal pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, arytenoids, false and true vocal cords, cricoid ring, tracheal rings, trachea, and esophagus. Also allows practice of intubation, and suction techniques can be performed and evaluated. Designed for use with an uncuffed endotracheal tube measuring up to 1/8" (4 mm) inside diameter. Intraosseous Infusion

The Life/form® Intraosseous Infusion Simulator is a dramatic and exciting training aid designed to demonstrate and simulate the intraosseous infusion procedure. Students will be able to learn and practice, with incredible accuracy and realism, a procedure which has been difficult to simulate in the past. Prior to the Intraosseous Infusion Simulator, educators resorted to unsanitary chicken and turkey bones.

Moulage Kits

Can be used with any Rescue manikin, the WMD/CBRNE/DECON Full-Body Trainer (SB41542U), or the Trauma CPR Manikin (SB23535U, SB32240U). Application of these realistic bleeding moulages to a full-body manikin facilitates quick identification, diagnosis, and dressing of wounds by trainees. Kit includes compound fractures, contusions, lacerations, evisceration, sucking chest wound, impalement, crushed foot, jaw wound, and projectile entry and exit of arm. These bleeding wounds strap on and are complete with pump assembly. Simulated blood is included. Non-bleeding strap-on wounds include 2nd and 3rd degree burns of the chest, back, forearm, and face. Manikin sold separately.

Rescue Manikins

Developed for lifelike adult or juvenile patient handling, transportation, and extrication training. This manikin can be safely used in situations too hazardous or uncomfortable for human volunteers. Made of tough cast vinyl with zinc-plated steel frame for longevity and rugged use. Manikin is fully articulated for positioning in widely diversified training environments. The manikin can be seated in an automobile, positioned in a smoke-filled room, and immobilized on a stretcher for mountain rescue instruction. Useful for simulating the removal of victims from utility poles, conduits, mine cave-ins, tunnels, and limitless other training procedures. Perfect to use with the Manikin Moulage Kit (SB23528U) for casualty simulation.

Tracheotomy Training

A practical trainer for various methods of tracheotomy. Training of both conventional and percutaneous tracheotomy and puncture/incision into the cricothyroid ligament is available. For conventional tracheotomy, different types of incisions can be performed including longitudinal, transverse, crucial, U-shaped, and inverted U-shaped incisions. Simulating a patient in a supine position with the neck extended, the tracheotomy trainer allows the user to determine the proper incision site while identifying arterial locations, and to observe intratracheal conditions from the head. The trachea can be reused by turning it upside down or inside out, and the skin by sliding it to either side or turning it upside down. Contents: main body, neck (with arteries), thyroid cartilage (with cricoid cartilage), trachea (four pieces), skin (four sheets), and lubricant (silicon oil).

Trauma Simulators

Simulators for training students on dealing with trauma such as the Adult ALS Trainer (SB31016U and SB32190U) and Defib/CPR manikin (SB27354U). Simulates swollen throat/vocal chords which would cause swelling of the larynx leading to laryngospasm. Also simulates internal/external bleeding.
